Internet Coordinator

As an Internet Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for people who inquire online about purchasing a vehicle. You will provide assistance to questions they may have and set up appointments with potential buyers to start their road to their next vehicle purchase. Product Specialist

Essential Job Functions:
Provide a great experience to all customers who enter the dealership, answer questions and help them select a vehicle that fits their needs
Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and managers
Keep up-to-date on products, features, and accessories available to successfully train and educate the customer
Work closely with Sales and Finance managers to effectively close deals
Prepare sold vehicles for customer pick-up, ensure that the customer understands the vehicles operation features.
Follow up all post-purchase action items including tag/title work
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Skills:
Ability to communicate at a high level, both verbally and in writing
Organizational and computer skills are required for the position
Have a valid state driver's license
A high school diploma or equivalent is required
